What a discovery that Winsted, Ct. has a vegetarian restaraunt/coffee bar with expresso! yeah!
Sherry the owner is super chill, smart, strong & tiny.....like a fairy super hero. Andy soon realized that he recognized her from previously owning a head shop in Torrington. Bonus!! "Now-this is someone that we should hang out with" I said. We had a wonderful Valentines day brunch in the back quiet room with a barely dancing gas lit fire. Andy had the pancakes which he ordered with pecans & apples & a ginger cardamom sauce. "You take a gamble when you order pancakes. They are usually really amazing or just alright & these were really amazing & melted in your mouth & by the way they are vegan". said Chef Andy.
